Bojan -OakFactor does a lot more than oak… While they did not offer the installation for my anthracite metal spiral staircase (and a matching balustrade), they provided a full kit (relatively quickly) with reasonably simple instructions (for my builder). I am very happy with the final result and would recommend OakFactor to others looking for nice spiral stairs.
