Custom Staircase Heights and Widths

If you require a different step rise or total height, please contact us before ordering. Send us the vertical measurement from the finished ground level to the finished upper landing or threshold, together with photographs of the installation area.

Please confirm whether the top tread should sit level with the upper landing or one step below it, as this affects the number of treads required.

This product is available with a maximum of 8 steps. Higher staircases require an individual design and quotation.

Widths of 70cm, 80cm, 90cm, 100cm and 120cm are available separately. Please contact us if you require a custom width.

Powder-Coated Finish

After fabrication, grinding and cleaning, the steel treads and supports are powder-coated in your choice of black, anthracite or white.

This listing is for powder-coated steel without hot-dip galvanising underneath. For galvanised stairs with an additional powder-coated finish, please contact us for a separate quotation.

For outdoor installations, inspect the coating periodically and repair chips or scratches promptly to help prevent corrosion of exposed steel. If your stairs will be installed in a coastal or particularly exposed location, contact us to discuss galvanising before powder coating.

Installation

Mounting bolts and wall plugs are supplied. The installer must check that the fixings are suitable for the wall and ground materials at the installation site. Installation should be carried out by a competent person on a sound, suitable supporting structure.

Production and Dispatch

Staircases are manufactured to order. Standard configurations with an 18cm step rise are usually dispatched within 7 working days, depending on production and powder-coating schedules.

Custom dimensions may require additional production time. If you need your stairs by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.
